Before transitioning into executive search 10 years ago, Jens spent more than 25 years in several executive positions within strategy, technology, process, business development, and innovation, in both national and international listed companies. This includes industrial business areas ranging from equipment for industrial food production to military applications. Additionally, Jens possesses an exceptional ability to understand the human perspectives behind any leadership challenge.
As an engineer turned headhunter, Jens demonstrates a deep comprehension of his industry, and he possesses the ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. Jens holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Aalborg University. He lives in Virum with his wife, three sons, and their dog, Daisy. Jens is a technology-nerd, a petrol-head, and constantly working on a DIY project at home.
