Lærke Christensen

As an Executive Search Consultant, Lærke runs recruitment processes from start to finish in close collaboration with the partners and research team. Based on a thorough understanding of each client’s needs, she conducts profile assessments, analyzes company culture and role requirements, and translates these insights into search strategies and candidate materials.

Lærke is known for her positive energy and her ability to make both colleagues and candidates feel seen and heard. She is proactive, structured and conscientious, and she is not satisfied until the work is completed to perfection. With a natural desire to help and learn new things, Lærke creates momentum in the processes while contributing a collegial warmth that makes the collaboration meaningful.

With a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, Lærke has a deep understanding of the interplay between people, organizations and business. She lives in Valby, and when she is not spending time with friends and family, you can often find her on a reformer or enjoying a good book.
