Morten Islin is the Managing Partner and leads the life sciences & healthcare industry practice in Venaris. An industry where he has worked extensively on filling numerous local and international senior executive positions during his more than 20 years in executive search. His experience covers clients from almost every functional area and sub-sector of the industry, which makes him recognized as a trusted advisor and dedicated business partner.
Understanding and being curious about each client’s unique business challenges and the diversity in needs as well as company cultures are always a key focus for Morten in his pursuit of finding the perfect match for both candidate and client. Prior to joining the executive search industry, Morten served as Officer in the Danish Army (Army Logistics and Military Police) and took part in the NATO peacekeeping missions in Bosnia and Kosovo. Morten holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Organization & Strategy) from Copenhagen Business School. He is married, a happy and dedicated father of four children, a huge heavy metal fan, and a politics/news addict.
