Nanna is passionate about identifying and developing talent as well as creating valuable connections between employees and organizations. In addition to talent development, Nanna is particularly interested in diversity, inclusion, and professionalism within recruitment.
Nanna has experience with a wide range of HR-tasks from her positions as HR student assistant in both Kommunernes Landsforening and Ferrosan Medical Devices. This has, among other things, given her an understanding of employee development, organizational culture, and the importance of identifying the right fit between an organization and an employee. As Executive Search Consultant at Venaris, Nanna maintains the candidate relationship and through close collaboration with the client she identifies and anticipates hiring needs, maps the market and develops talent pipelines - searching for, identifying, approaching and shortlisting potential talents and guiding them towards a successful hiring outcome.
Nanna holds a Master of Science in Business Administration & Psychology from Copenhagen Business School.
