As Research Assistant, Sofie collaborates closely with our Research Team and Partners in the en-tire recruitment process, from job analyses and the creation of written materials to the search for potential candidates. Having commenced her journey with Venaris as Office Assistant in 2022 and later transitioning to Research Assistant while pursuing her studies, Sofie has cultivated a compre-hensive grasp of all facets of the organization.
Being Venaris’ grammatical expert, Sofie excels in writing, showcasing an exceptional attention to detail in her work. At the office, she is known for her positivity and open mind, always ready to contribute with a joke or two.
Sofie is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Project Management at Copenhagen Business School. Personally, she lives by herself in a cozy apartment in Nørrebro, and she enjoys spending her free-time hosting gatherings for friends and family as well as going for long walks along the lakes in Copenhagen.
