As Head of Research, Sofie leads our research team and strategy – ensuring the highest quality in our search process by adopting best practices and tailored approaches. With her team, she fosters candidate relations and partners with clients to pinpoint hiring needs, map the market, and develop talent pools. Her team excels at identifying, engaging, and steering candidates towards a successful hiring outcome.
Bridging the gap between people and organizations and creating space for talent to flourish, is what motivates and drives Sofie every day. At the office, she is known as genuine, curious, and a supportive force, always bringing new ideas and encouraging collaboration with enthusiasm.
Sofie holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Communication and a Master of Science in Corporate Communication from Aarhus BSS. On the more personal note, she lives in Amager with her boyfriend and kickstarts most mornings with a CrossFit class, which also doubles as a brainstorming session for our next social event at the office.
